Immerse yourself in your sport, socialize, and get inspired

The Working Triathlete Book Club is a monthly book club for Working Triathlete University Members (i.e. everyone on the team!).

Each month we will choose a book to read and analyze its key elements. Members will receive ongoing emails containing possible points of discussion and will be free to discuss the book online (i.e. on the forum, or otherwise). The goal is to have an ongoing conversation each month as we explore various topics and tie it back to triathlon. At the end of the month we meet (most athletes via Zoom) to comprehensively discuss the book.

The books are usually endurance-related (we aren’t going to read the Twilight series, for example), but there is some flexibility in subject matter. In all cases, the books will be selected based on the value they can deliver to members as we all strive to become better athletes and high-performing individuals.

Our current book of the month is Running Rewired by Jay Dicharry
